LECTURE REFLECTIVE WRITING 

 Description:

Today I learnt about what is meant by the term Cloud Computing. Cloud computing is  a term used to store data in the viture clouds or skiesm, how this has changed and developed the IS in the world today. There are different types of cloud computing depending on what sort of service an organisation requires. In short, it is described as a web service model designed to support and manage information system needs.

Evaluation /Analysis:

As I sat in class during this lecture, I thought truly there must be different types of web advanced systems offering cloud computing and that by the end of the day these systems should offer a service that is flexible, timely and an on-demand measured service. This means people or organisations should pay for what they use like pay as you go or as rapid elastic - meaning anytime you want it you can log on, go and use it. That it provides a service that others could be using at the same time with the person logged in which I thought was a reallly brilliant thing. The other things i thought was good is that I have learnt now that it must be scalable, effeicient, easy to use and alot other benetfts that I have really appreciated.

 Conclusion/Action.

  I am happy to sayhat I have thought deep about cloud computing and it as good for advanced. This is one idea that is intriguing and one qwonders where in the clouds but it is good for world IS growth and evelopment. This is a huge opportunity to live in this information age and I vouch for it every way. I support it.

PERSONAL SEMINOR BLOG

Today in my in my IT class, I had the opportunity to learn more on Excel: VLOOKUP Tutorial/Exercise+Tutorial/Exercise Tutorial/Exercises + Assignment Discussions + Blogging

 I can remember the day having progressed well with all the lab experience- using excel to perform the tasks that have been raised. The lecture guided us to perform tasks and plotted some work on the excel spread sheets wich was very interesting.

GROUP PRESENTATION  

We met as a group to discuss reseach and continue allocate our parts in the group presentation assignment. We discussed to catch up on the requirements the group need to bring forward as agreed so that we can start getting the bits together so that  we can start putting the group material together.

 Agreed to for next meeting.

LECTURE REFLECTIVE WRITING exercise 5 Description: Today i learnt about how the internet can be unsafe and how cyber criminology, has become such a danger through hacking into people's accounts, how viruses of all sorts are released into the network to do all sorts of damage to peoples software systems. Evaluation /Analysis : I have learnt that it is very important  for me to be very careful when on line/network and to ensure whatever devise I am using is firewalled so that it will be very difficult for an intruder or any virus to hack into it. Conclusion/Action. After the lecture I had today, and having taken a hard thougt on online security, I will from now take it very serious and I will not use any of my devices without caution. I will not always take things at face value and think it is safe but I wll be more vigilant oaboyt this who cuber security.
